    Energy Local has designed a unique platform for local people to benefit from locally-generated, clean power. Energy Local Clubs allow households to club together, show their usage of local renewable energy and negotiate a better price for local generators while also reducing their energy bills and keeping more money within the community.

    Athari works closely with Energy Local to support their fundraising efforts, connecting them with donors who share their vision for a more sustainable and community-led energy market.

  • Health Water Life

    Impact Field: Health and Wellbeing; Innovation

    Access to clean drinking water is a fundamental right, yet in Haiti, this basic necessity remains out of reach for most of the population. With limited access to clean water sources, many families are forced to travel long distances to fetch water for their daily needs. In fact, over 90% of the population in Haiti is at risk of contracting such diseases, and millions of people struggle every day to find clean drinking water.

    Health Water Life is a nonprofit that is working tirelessly to address this issue and provide access to clean drinking water for low-income communities in Haiti. In partnership with LifeStraw, Health Water Life distributes reusable and biodegradable filtered bottles that can be used to safely store and transport clean water. By providing these containers to communities.

    Athari is proud to partner with Health Water Life on ideation, project design, operations, and fundraising to help them expand their impact and reach communities in need.
